Whether you are looking for investment opportunities or your dream home – our talented and experienced team are available to start mapping out your journey. In the initial consultation phase we achieve an understanding of who you are and what needs we can meet. We walk you through the process, the specific service required, agree scope and establish expectations.

This is the start of your journey with Mattano Building Group. Once you have decided on design, your first meeting will include a detailed review, a complete preliminary siting and a personalised fee estimate followed by a formal agreement.

Time to see it all come together. Every project we build is a true reflection of our client's vision. All our projects are 6 Star energy rated as we utilise superior, quality construction materials for our clients' peace of mind. After a site start date has been issued, your Building Supervisor will become your primary point of contact and will provide weekly updates on the progress of your project.

To help you settle in and provide additional peace of mind, we will provide you with a 3-month maintenance support service after handover. Your home is also covered against structural damage by a statutory Builder’s Warranty for a period of 10 years. Mattano Building Group partners with all the leading building suppliers, meaning we incorporate the highest quality inclusions in your new build.
